Following on from the incredible success of the 2011 Winter Beer Festival at the Derby Roundhouse, Pride Park, this year's event will take place between 15th to 18th February 2012.

The dates and times are confirmed as follows: 
  • Wednesday 15th February 2pm opening for a Trade ONLY session
  • Wednesday 15th February 4pm Festival opens
  • Thursday 16th February 11am 11pm
  • Friday 17th February 11am 11pm
  • Saturday 18th February 11am 11pm


Back at the Derby Roundhouse on Pride Park, the Derby Winter Beer Festival plans to provide in excess of 300 varieties of real ales and traditional ciders spanning the course of the event. Continental beers and soft drinks will also be available.

Additional space is provided this year with real ale on sale in the Carriage Room as well as the Main Hall of the Round House. The Carriage Room will also double as the main entertainment room.

Entertainment:

Musical entertainment will be provided during the evening sessions in the Carriage Room (where there will be a separate stillage area).

  • Wednesday will be an acoustic night
  • Thursday - The Merseybeasts are the headline act with support
  • Friday - Coldplay Tribute supported by a Supergrass Tribute
  • Saturday - UK Foo Fighters headline the final session with support

Free Shuttle Bus will run from Derby City Centre to the festival
